Some videos aren’t found
Seekframe indexes the videos macOS can play: MP4, MOV and M4V. MKV, WebM and AVI files are counted in the sidebar but can’t be read. The free version indexes up to 10 hours of video; Pro indexes everything.
Indexing says it’s paused in Low Power Mode
Seekframe saves your battery in Low Power Mode. Click Index Anyway under the progress, or turn Low Power Mode off.
A result says the drive isn’t connected
The file is on an external or network drive that isn’t plugged in. Connect the drive and the result opens as usual.
I bought Pro on another Mac
In the Mac App Store edition, choose Seekframe › Unlock Seekframe Pro… › Restore Purchase.
